2021 Mantra: Positive Compassionate Energy

Picture
My 2021 Mantra is “Positive Compassionate Energy”!
To me this means…coming from a mindset of compassion and positive energy to myself and others in my communication, experiences and so much more!
I’m usually a positive person, but I can get really stressed and hard on myself when I feel like my/others expectations are weighing on me.  I’ll often self-sacrifice and put others' needs before mine - that’s the “good girl” & giver in me.  But it affects my energy, mood, and the moods of people around me!
I want to surround myself with positive energy, energy to propel me to reach my goals and dreams! I’m going to try to avoid negative energy in social media, the news, and my daily interactions.  Being more aware of when I am in these situations and removing myself from them will be key - and OK!  Then, knowing I need to find a “pick-me-up” like a song, good book or connection with a friend to shift my thinking and move on, without feeling guilty!
In this new year, positive compassionate energy will guide me to finding a better balance not only for myself but also in my practice of being compassionate for & to others.

Get the 30-Day Goal Game Plan!

Hey all, with so many people talking about & making New Year’s Resolutions, (including me) I thought I would share my 30-Day Goal Game Plan Worksheet, exclusively found on the Free Downloads page to help you out in working towards them!

Using your 30-day Game Plan to reach your goals is easy!  Use the calendar to write down your 30-day goal, then create your game plan and schedule what days you will commit to working on your goal.

Most calendars start with Sunday, but I purposefully started with Monday and put Saturday & Sunday together.  Here’s how I look at this, we have our work/school part of the week and our weekends - why not schedule time to work on our goals in chucks - weekdays and weekends!

Now, be sure to write down what you will do each day and be specific, make it a step you have to take to reach your goal!  Will you read 25 pages a day in a book, practice a sport skill technique X number of times, exercise for 20 minutes, watch an educational video from a specific website?

Whatever it is, write it down, schedule it!  Then put in all the other things you have going on like practices, or running errands, etc. on the calendar as well.  You’ll see when you have more time during the week to focus on your game plan or less time, and you can see if you have a lull in your schedule to schedule more steps towards your goals on those days!

We’re creatures of habit, we tend to say we are going to do something but then the day gets away from us, we make excuses or we simply just don’t do it!

So use my 30-Day Goal Game Plan to schedule it, keep it visual and make the commitment!

Plus, as an extra bonus...there is space to create your own Game Plan Mantra to help you stay motivated along the way!  Mine is “You’ve got this Girl!”
