For many young players, practice may not be something they look forward to. As a mom, our goal is to help our kids understand it's practice where they are creating the magic. That subconscious muscle memory that will take over when they have the butterflies fluttering in their stomachs during the game.
And, we get to help them practice new skills too! We can encourage them to learn more, try a new skill out.
Habit Forming Tips: 1. Set a specific time to practice each day, week. 2. Create a routine with your practice where you do a certain number of repetitions then move on to the next skill.
