Amy Crowe founder of Sports Mom Mantra, creator of the Fierce Mind, Strong Body, Brave Spirit framework and the author of the Amazon bestselling book Sports Mom Playbook.

The Fierce Mind, Strong Body, Brave Spirit MovementTM, helps sports moms and girl athletes navigate confidence, resilience, mindset, and mental health in youth sports.

Sports Mom Mantra began with my daughter Emily and the lessons I learned from the sidelines and bleachers watching her and her teammates play the sports they loved. As Emily entered competitive sports, I saw how quickly comparison and self-doubt could affect even the most talented girls. Through years of watching athletes grow, struggle, succeed, and persevere, I realized girls need more than the skills coaches teach them to thrive—they need confidence, resilience, and support from the people cheering them on!

That's why I created Sports Mom Mantra: to help sports moms raise girls with Fierce Minds, Strong Bodies, and Brave Spirits and to give girl athletes the tools they need to believe in themselves, both on and off the field, today and for years to come.

Recognized as a BRAVA Women to Watch nominee, longtime Girl Scouts and youth softball parent leader, Amy combines real-life sports parenting experience with practical tools that help girls build a Fierce Mind, Strong Body, and Brave Spirit.
