Now is the time to reset, refocus and pivot to work on something that you want to get better at. The weather has changed, frost is on the ground so pull on those fuzzy socks, make a cup of apple cider, grab a notebook and pen and curl up on the couch.
Spend some time just writing about your sports journey and imagine the possibilities. Then, set some positive intentions, they don’t have to be perfect, so don’t overthink them. Just write them down, breathe and take them in. Repeat them a few times in your head so they stick and become meaningful to you.
Make them your mantra this fall to encourage you to continue to move forward on your journey no matter what it is!
